As a Powersports Service Technician, you will join a team of highly experienced, qualified technicians who diagnose, repair, and perform maintenance service on all types of powersports vehicles and equipment.
1-3
years of powersports service and/or technical experience is required for this role.
We are seeking a motivated, hardworking, dedicated individual with a good attitude for our high-volume dealership.
As a Powersports Service Technician, you will be diagnosing customer concerns and performing repairs and service on a variety of ATV's, UTV's, snowmobiles, motorcycles, dirt bikes, and outdoor power equipment from our product lineup.

SOME JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE Diagnose customer concerns and determine cause of issues on customer owned machines Test ride and operate vehicles safely to determine abnormalities in machine performance Report parts and goods used during vehicles repairs with detailed notes to describe completed repair and issues Maintaining a clean and neat work environment Perform warranty repairs, factory recall work, and service bulletins on vehicles as needed Obtain and Maintain factory certifications quarterly/annually as required Use of computer systems to aid in diagnostics of vehicles with related engine lights and codes Ability to use service manuals efficiently to complete repairs Knowledge of general shop tools and ability to use them safely including but not limited to:
grinders, presses, vices, tire machines, battery chargers, etc.
Occasionally may be required to build new machines and complete pre-delivery inspections WHAT WE WANT FROM YOU:
Passion for powersports products - WE RIDE WHAT WE SELL! Basic knowledge of computer skills Valid MA Class M permit, ability to obtain license within 90 days of hire.
Valid motorcycle inspector license (preferred) 1-3
years of relevant service/technical experience (preferred) Knowledge of engine, electrical, transmission, and other vehicle systems for service and repairs Must own your own adequate variety of power and hand tools to complete all vehicle repairs (specialty tools provided for manufacturer specific items) Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent (required), Technical training (preferred) Preference given to candidates with any OEM certifications for brands we sell WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US:
